I hold a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, which provided me with a solid foundation of knowledge and practical training. Over the years, I’ve built upon this through hands-on experience across various roles in the industry. During the past two years until October 7, 2024 , I served as the Duty Manager in the Front Office Department at InterContinental Saigon, which has now rebrand its name to JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon. I’m incredibly proud to be part of one of the world’s leading luxury hotel brands and to collaborate with such skilled colleagues. My journey here began in August 2022 as the Executive Lounge Supervisor, where I had the privilege of serving high-profile guests, including VIPs, politicians, corporate leaders, and ambassadors. In addition to this, I’ve also gained valuable experience at other prestigious hotels, including Lotte Legend Saigon and Nikko Hotel Saigon. These roles have greatly enhanced my confidence, organization skills, and attention to detail, enabling me to consistently deliver high-performance results.
