- Resolve employee queries regarding salary and benefit.
2. Recruitment
- Create and post recruitment applications in multiple media.
- Contact candidates to interview and arrange a date to receive a job at the company for training.
- Provide information to new employees: salary, regime, job, ..
- Actively plan recruitment methods when there is a new project.
- Distributing / recruitment notice.
- Based on the situation of new employees and employees who have left to make monthly HR reports.
