- Meeting at the beginning of the shift to report and assign work. - Prepare enough tools to clean the room for guests. - Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, changing bed sheets in the hotelaccording to the standards set out. - Check and fill items in the minibar. - Check the room one more time before leaving.

- Assign work to staff, perform restaurant cleaning tasks, prepare and wipe items, tools, clear tables,... before opening to welcome guests - ensure restaurant service quality standards. - Ensure customers are served quickly while still ensuring the best service quality. - Support staff to perform cleaning, sanitizing... at the end of work. - Consulting and supporting customers directly or by phone about the restaurant's products such as party booking, group tour booking, birthday decoration, ... - Communicate with manager, plan business activities, support operation department to achieve monthly revenue target. - Establish and maintain good relationship with partners.

1. Personnel - Onboarding for new employees. - Ensure proper storage, organization and retrieval of information ofpersonnel records - Prepare employee related documents (promotions, demotions, documentsfor termination purposes, certiqcates, etc.) quickly and in a timely manner. - Follow up on probationary assessment/contract renewal assessment andprepare labor contract within required timeframe. - Prepare and provide a list of personnel to relevant parties upon request. - Resolve employee inquiries about salary and benefits. - Knowledges of Labor Law and Social Insurance. 2. Recruitment - Create and post jobs on multiple media. - Screening suitable candidate profiles. - Contact candidates to interview and accept jobs. - Training employees on skills and company regulations. - Provide information to new employees: Salary, regime, job, ... - Actively plan recruitment when there is a new project. - Based on the situation of employees, prepare monthly HR reports.
