Tôi mong muốn có một môi trường làm việc năng động, chuyên nghiệp, và có tính cạnh tranh ở Nha Trang. Đồng thời tôi muốn làm việc trong giờ hành chính để tôi có thể tận dụng thời gian buổi tối đi học thêm nhằm trau dồi thêm kiến thức lẫn kỹ năng để phục vụ cho quý khách sạn. Trên hết là tôi mong muốn được thử sức ở các vị trí thuộc back-office như là bộ phận nhân sự hay sale, marketing nhằm trau dồi thêm kỹ năng và kiến thức để tôi có thể hướng đến mục tiêu gần ở cấp bậc quản lý.

- Partnership Development Executive
+ Working with the customer, receiving customer's requirement, giving
them the solution for their requirement that the company can provide such as Dev, a team including Dev, PM/QA.
+ Supporting client during the time they use the service provided by the company and helping them dealing with any issue appeared (100% customers are foreiner)
+ Supporting the development of the partnership between client and the company as well as the annual plan.
+ Identifying prospects and sequencing requests to maximise opportunities.
+ Defining and implementing effective stewardship activities.
+ Working collectively within the partnership team and across the organisation around partner relationships.
- MKT Specialist
+ Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
+ Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
+ Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)

- Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
- Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
