I am currently 37 years old and have experience working in 4 to 5 star hotels since 2009. I graduated from Open University majoring in Hotel/Tourism Services. I have worked in the Front Office and F&B department specializing in serving VIP customers. I also have 4 years of experience doing events, consulting on menus for big events and directly manage the operation of events at my old company. Currently I am working as a Cum Manager of 2 large cinemas responsible for the entire operation (serving almost 7000 pax/day). The task included control a F&B area and a ticketing area, while also directly training and inspiring employees. I am also responsible for P&L and directly driving sales much higher than the target.
