- Make sure our business runs smoothly (POS check, items 86, roster, hygiene...) - Support manage to control outlet cost( food and beverage, employees, supply ...) - HACCP standard. - Handling problems and daily report. - Manage staff duty roster and cadena check.

- Work in every position in restaurant, based on need, sometimes switching mid- shift. Work closely with chefs and cooks to make sure food quality. - Train new team members on restaurant protocols and mentor closely to improve performance. Manage shifts, including scheduling and cash handling. - Organize special events in the restaurant, including receptions, promotion and corporate luncheons. - Recognize and formally acknowledge outstanding staff performance to boost company morale and productivity. - Answer customer question and resolve issues promptly and ensure total satisfaction from all guests. Check guests' ID to confirm legal drinking age.

- Restocking bar supplies and alcohol inventory. - Sliced, pitted fruits and filled ice bin with crushed or cubed ice. - Take orders and recommend new promotions to the guests, keep nice communicate ensure they feel happy at our hotel. - Provided fast, friendly, professional service to all customers. - Quickly removed debris accumulated at the bar to consistently maintain a clean service area. Set up special event and private parties. - Do the report when closing shift. - Create new cocktails, cost control.

- Mixing fresh ingredient to prepare cocktail. - Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic for bar and restaurant customers per our menu's specifications Greeting customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner. - Taking and creating multiple drink orders at once. - Check guests satisfied with our product and recommend them the new promotions. Taking inventory and ordering products from supplies when needed.

- Recommend menu,take orders and delivery our products to customers. - Check customers satisfied make sure they feel happy at the restaurant. - Learn more about bar skills, improve communication as well as English. Learn how to set up bar station and do the inventory. - Work at buffet restaurant and support banquet events.
