Å also reflects a lot on the personality of the Nordic people with frankness, justice, minimalism which is shown through the restaurant and culinary style.<br /> <br /> WHAT KIND OF OUR CUSTOMER ?<br /> Focusing on high-spending customers who eat at many Michelin restaurants, having a passion for high-end food, customers with a high average income and want to have an experience culinary at a dining space which is delicious, unique and interesting.
