Paul is a French chain of bakery/café restaurants started in Lille in Northern France in 1889 by Charlemagne Mayot. It specializes in serving French products including breads, crêpes, sandwiches, macarons, soups, cakes, pastries, coffee, wine, and beer. A 120-year-old brand loved around the world for its handmade traditional and specialty breads, PAUL brings a true taste of France’s traditional culinary heritage to Vietnam’s gourmet scene.<br /> PAUL today has some 500 outlets in 29 countries; its trademark black storefront a familiar sight in cities across Europe, the Middle East, USA, and Asia.
