- Offer Building’s services to guests upon checking in - Escort long term guest to room for doing a check-in procedure. - Do all cashier activities including money exchange - Provide information on guest’s requests - Explain to guest the service provided - Prepare guest’s arrivals and departures files - Coordinate with Housekeeping and Restaurant upon guest’s arrivals - Make sure Lobby is always cleaned and electric equipments are in good condition. - Follow the procedures on safety and security of the property. - To follow and implement any other duty assigned by superiors - Check and correct all of the bills posted in guest’s folio (for night shift receptionist) - Check the telephone system to make sure it is working properly (for night shift receptionist). - Check the hotel management system and do end of day operation. - Record and update all maintenance issues that are related to tenant’s apartment. - Key in all pending works from Guest response in trace and follow up until they are done. - Follow the procedures for visitors at night.
