Mô tả công việc

• To greet and welcome guests to the hotel in the most friendly and courteous manner. 

• To open car doors for guests arriving and departing the hotel. 

• To bid farewell to guests upon their departure. 

• To assist guests in calling for taxi service, loading and unloading luggage. 

• To keep the driveway and Main Entrance clean and clear of traffic. 

• To ensure that all bell service equipment and the hotel motor vehicles are properly maintained. 

• To perform other activities and task as directed by your supervisor from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1 year experience in the same position in 5* hotel
• Have a pleasant and smiling personality.
• Must have good knowledge of all facilities in the hotel.
• Must have good understanding of all the hotel’s policies and procedures in giving good services to hotel’s guest.
• Able to work shifts.
