• Courteously attend to guests and promptly address their requests and queries.
• Possess detailed knowledge about the hotel and the surrounding city.
• Monitor VIP guest movements and ensure completion of pre-registration formalities for them.
• Allocate rooms to arriving guests based on their preferences.
• Collect guest feedback forms and take immediate service recovery actions when necessary.
