• Coordinates and build up the syllabus for English training 

• Conducts English training sessions, including general English and job specific English to the resort’s associates 

• Ensures English technical resources, training materials and supplies are available to associates 

• Ensures that all materials are properly prepared and handled before and after training 

• Tracks training progress and follows up department training coordinators to keep them on track, and ensures complete implementation of training plan in a timely productive manner 

• Keeps current with the new corporate and property-initiated programs, updates management tool releases 

• Coordinates, provides instructions and prepares reports of Fast Track Programs 

• Coordinates and facilitates the internal cross training programs 

• Maintains and upkeeps the Training Library 

• Coordinates and facilitates the implementation of TOEIC

Yêu cầu công việc

• A minimum 2 years experiences as an English Teacher within an upscale brand or 5 star hotels • Good leadership, organizational and administrative skills 

• Able to document standards of performance 

• Able to effectively facilitate both small and large groups 

• Professional training skills and knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5 star hospitality setting 

• Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts principally with colleagues and occasionally with guests 

• Ability to work under pressure 

• Strong sense of commitment and of unquestionable integrity 

• Thorough understanding of business 

• Good English language skills
