Mô tả công việc

- Chef de Partie is trade qualified and engaged to perform general or specialized cooking, butchering, baking or pastry cooking duties .

- Controls general and specialised duties including supervision and training of other kitchen employees - Ordering and stock control.

- Solely responsible for other chefs and kitchen employees.

- Assists the Sous Chef and Executive Chef and were necessary operates a section of kitchen and ensure that food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques are carried out according to established recipes / standards.

- Assist Sous Chef and Executive Chef with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected service.

- Supervision of kitchen in the absence of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef. Delegate duties and responsibilities to kitchen employees to ensure service demands are met.

- Report any problems to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
