Mô tả công việc
- Welcome guests with courteous and polite manner in accordance with hotel and brand standard.
- Take guests to reserved table or arrange new tables for unreserved guests.
- Provide menu and introduce about promotion or special dish.
- Keep track of which tables are cleaned and available for new guests.
- Answer the phone, take reservations and in some cases take-out orders.
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
