The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for all tenants and visitors. This person will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service. In conjunction with the rest of the property team, the Receptionist ensures the tenant / visitor experience is second to none. Exceptional service is the foundation of TD Building’s mission of consistently delivering superior tenant and visitor experience.

The Role:

Serve as a resource for tenants and visitors seeking information, assistance or recommendations; a thorough understanding of all key services, products and amenities are critical in the ability to deliver service in an exceptional and timely manner.

Demonstrate a true passion for customer service by proactively seeking ways to surprise and delight our tenants and visitors, always going above and beyond.

Provide the image and service of a 5-star business center through professional appearance and behaviour.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

The successful applicant should have:
• A friendly yet professional personality
• Good communication skills (with tenants, visitors and colleagues)
• Foreign language skill (English is a must)
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• At least 2 years’ post qualification experience in a professional environment
