Mô tả công việc

- In charge of inbound requests:create travel itineraries including detailed programs and price proposals upon customers’ requests

- Providing information on travel in Vietnam and advising on suitable options

- Issuing all travel documents

- Coordinating with tour operator to ensure the booking tours are running smoothly.

- Coordinating with accountant in order to help clients make payment.

Yêu cầu chung :

- Vietnamese nationality

- Minimum 1 year of experience in tourism required

- Good command in ENGLISH: Oral and written communication.

- Motivated and cheerful personality

- Strong sales and customer service focus

- Ability to work under pressure

- Flexibility on working hours (Sundays if needed)

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Being amicable and approachable
