Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Spa Attendants for smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure changing areas and public Spa spaces are clean, set up, and meet Six Senses standards.
- Maintain hygiene and presentation of the entire spa and fitness facilities.
- Enforce Health & Safety regulations and report equipment issues promptly.
- Manage inventory, request supplies, and conduct regular stock counts.
- Prepare and maintain quality of ginger tea and welcome beverages.
- Welcome guests and provide arrival amenities such as water and cold/warm towels.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate service by the team.
- Monitor product usage and ensure timely replenishment.
- Lead and participate in training sessions to uphold service standards.
- Support team members in delivering professional and efficient service.
- Handle guest feedback, lost & found, and incident reporting.
- Maintain daily communication logs with relevant updates.
- Attend internal meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
- Uphold Six Senses service values, LQA standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Spa Manager or leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of hygiene, safety regulations, and spa operations.
- Ability to manage inventory and control usage of spa products and supplies.
- A positive attitude and passion for wellness and guest service.

- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and guest-focused mindset.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring movement and lifting.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
