Mô tả công việc

1. Implement, review and control Marketing & Public Relation plan, advertising budgets, KPIs to ensure that its objective are achieved in order to promote and maintain the brand image of the hotel, adhering to the policies and procedures in the Department Manual.

2. Communicate a consistent message regarding quality and service.

3. Controlling, coordinating and participating in all Marketing & PR activities.

4. Be responsible for developing and implementing public relation strategies, both internally and externally.

5. Monitor a workflow with Food & Beverage Department and the Graphic Designer for the production of promotional materials.

6. Manage public relation efforts focusing on heightened visibility and consumer efforts.

7. Facilitate requests and itineraries and to conduct guided media tours.

8. Implement monthly strategies including but not limited to designing key messages, outlining PR targets & promotional campaign to meet objectives.

9. Maintain relationship with media & Press, coordinate with journalists/ reporters in doing press coverage, send Press release, media entertaining, Press meeting and act as hotel’ liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.

10. Ensure all VIP and media arrangements are communicated, to the Director of Sales & Marketing and Reservation team leader.

11. Entertain selected media groups to maintain or develop a professional relationship.

12. Maintain brand standards with regard to ad layout, images in the eyes of publics, at all times.

13. Provide comments to the Sales & Marketing Department in respect to current external environmental conditions, trends, ad campaigns of competitor hotels, etc.

14. Be aware and adhere to the management of all PR activities, in accordance with the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel Policies & Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.

15. Perform any other related tasks or duties as assigned/ directed by Director of Sales and Marketing and by Management.

16. Assist in training and coaching for subordinates.

17. Encourage staff suggestion program and other effective methods of two-way communication management by participation.

18. Monitor guest feedback both online and offline, attention to detail, individual guest needs are met and outstanding service is provided.

19. Continuously search for new ideas and product improvement, guest demands are met.

20. Coordinate with Media/ Press and other Marketing vendors to ensure the workflow and outcomes.

21. Control and analyze, on an on-going basis, departmental costs, to ensure performance against budget.

22. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by Public Relations Manager and by Management.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. At least three years’ experience in the Hospitality industry or advertising agency with minimum two years as a Public Relations Executive.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Public Relations or related field.

3. Knowledge of advertising, public relations, sales promotions.

4. Proven work record in all areas of sales and marketing including: good working knowledge of primary market area, meeting, tour travel incentive, corporate, FIT.

5. Proven management abilities including planning, forecasting and budgeting, decision making process, leadership and motivation, organizational skills.

6. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator.

7. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities.

8. Effective verbal and written communication skills, Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.

9. Good relationships with Press, Media.

10. Willingness to work evenings and weekends; willingness to travel.
