Mô tả công việc
- Identify and target new markets, such as corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional offers and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Conduct sales presentations, attend industry events, and participate in networking activities to generate leads.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide tours of the property to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to adjust pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and occupancy levels.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Work closely with the front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
- Develop strategies to attract meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events.
- Set performance targets for the sales team and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure smooth client experiences from booking to post-event follow-up.
- Track sales performance and metrics (e.g., bookings, revenue, occupancy rates).
- Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvements in strategies and processes.
- Report on market and competitor trends and provide insights to senior management.

- Strong leadership and team management skill.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to manage stress effectively.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
