IT Supervisor

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of IT Department/Head of Finance.

• Responsible for monitoring IT department activities at the resort such as: LAN system, wifi -Internet network system, magnetic lock system and other devices such as television, application server, telephone switchboard

• Quickly handle unexpected incidents to ensure the system always operates continuously and effectively, minimizing interruptions and affecting the operations of other departments

• Ensure maintenance of information and data storage systems (main and backup) and take corrective measures when problems occur

• Check server operations, backup system data, resort software, and daily phone billing software.

• Carry out troubleshooting and handling immediately after an incident occurs so as not to affect the operations of other departments

• Check the operation of all wifi access points (Access points) daily

• Check the operation of the resort's website, update, change, and edit information when requested by management

• Check the operating status of phones and telecommunications equipment, contact the supplier when problems occur, and report to management

• Ensure data and information on the software system is safe and secure

• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

• Graduating from High school and higher

• Work experience: candidates have at least 2 year of experience in a similar position

Major: Information technology, network administration

• Foreign languages : Vietnamese and English communication

• Computer: Proficient in using computers (Microsoft office)

• Other skills: Good communication, organization and time management skills; Negotiation, problem solving and team coordination
