Primary Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate accounts within the assigned geographical/business market to exceed budgeted room revenue.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week and perform telesales as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to maximize repeat business across all hotel services including rooms, events, and restaurants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop strategic sales action plans to convert prospects into clients.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, exhibitions, and client functions to promote brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Provide ongoing account servicing and gather client feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels and service recovery where necessary.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing database, including detailed account profiles (usage patterns, historical growth, key contacts, competitor activity).
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, including promotions, rates, and events to support strategic positioning.
- Financial & Revenue Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and room night targets, ensuring contributions align with departmental and hotel-wide goals.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and account development progress.
Administration
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all sales documentation, client communication, and reporting tools.
- Guest Relations
- Engage clients through regular in-person meetings, entertainment, and communication to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Handle client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring follow-up and resolution are conducted professionally.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments (Banquet, Reservations, Front Office, etc.) to deliver seamless guest experiences and drive cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in hotel-organized functions and contribute to a collaborative, guest-focused culture.
Training & Human Resources
- Serve as a role model, consistently upholding Pan Pacific's values and standards.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive work environment, free of harassment and discrimination.
- Support cross-cultural awareness and manage diversity in the workplace with sensitivity and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in CORP.
- Proven track record in key account management, sales targets, and contract negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of CORP market trends, sales strategies, and CRM systems.

- Communication & Presentation: Fluent in English and Vietnamese preferred.
