Mô tả công việc
- Manage day-to-day operations across the resort’s social media channels
- Monitor traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Accor’s backend tools
- Support in setting up and managing online advertising campaigns (Meta Ads is a must. Google Ads, YouTube Ads are the plus.)
- Draft engaging and brand-consistent copy for digital channels including social media, websites, blog posts, e-newsletters, and Google Ads
- Assist with the design and execution of email marketing campaigns to targeted customer segments
- Track digital KPIs such as impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, and ROI if necessary

• Minimum of 01 year of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing section
• English degree and equivalent experience.
• Strong proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
