F&B Attendant

• Provide courteous service to guest, respond promptly and tactfully all guest’s enquiries and complaint.

• Ensure guest’s satisfaction before leaving the restaurant.

• Greet and present the menu in a friendly and courteously manner.

• Always be attentive, assist guests to make them satisfy and want to come back.

• To arrange meal for Doctors.

• Clean & Keep Restaurant tidy before the end of shift.

• Keep proper control of linen items which are sent for the Laundry.

• To control the beverage inventory at Restaurant Area.

• To ensure of the hygiene and safety at workplace.

• Be a good team worker.

• Fulfill other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

• Participate in other relevant training programs.

• Salary package in details will be discussed during the interview

• Specific KPIs target and KPIs incentive on top of Salary Package will be discussed, if any

• Contribution of all Compulsory Insurances (Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance) from starting date

• Working Time: Standard working time is 44h/ week; 24 working days per month

• Annual Leave: 14 Days per year
