Mô tả công việc

IT Manager is accountable for supervising and maintaining the organization’s repository of business solutions through best practices and methods. This position also needs to focus in planning and coordinating the processes required for the provision of systems necessary for business operations and ensure stable operation of the corporate network infrastructure and related solutions. Besides, IT Manager is in charge of planning, developing, installing configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware and software.

This role is also crucial in driving technological innovation and maintaining our digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, optimizing guest-facing technologies, and spearheading new tech initiatives.

This role is also in charge for newly built or Preopening project according to further instructions or agreement.

This position reports to the Director of Operations and will work closely with other Head of Departments and the properties IT department.

At least three (3) years hotel / hospitality operations experience as a cluster IT Manager or equivalent; pre-opening and/or hotel operations experience would be considered
