- Check and confirm customer requests on OTA channels.
- Send information to customers about promotions or bundled services (e.g., Christmas buffet and year-end gala).
- Update the guest list and guide information.
- Confirm payment information and assist with payment follow-up.
- Answer simple calls related to reservations.
- Create simple bookings.
- Re-sync 2025 package prices

Yêu cầu công việc
- Sinh viên các ngành khách sạn, dịch vụ lưu trú có nhu cầu thực tập, trải nghiệm thực tế.
- Thực tập tối thiêu 2 tháng trở lên
- Có Kỹ năng Nói - Viết tiếng Anh tốt
- Có Kỹ năng Nói - Viết tiếng Việt tốt
- Có Kỹ năng Vi tính cơ bản
- Nhanh nhẹn, thích nghi, sức khỏe tốt, muốn phát triển bản thân trong lĩnh vực khách sạn
