Golf Event Supervisor

1. Pre-Event Planning & Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments, groups, corporate outings, and special events initially dealt by and handed over from the sales team.

• Coordinate with golf course/ clubhouse management, Sales vendors, and sponsors to finalize event logistics.

• Ensure tournament formats, rules, scoring systems (working with the clubs teams and resources) & F&B functions are properly executed.

• Oversee event registration, tee times, and participant pairings.

• Contract, paperwork flow.

2. On-Site Event Management:

• Supervise event setup, including signage, sponsor displays, and hospitality areas.

• Ensure smooth player check-in and provide event materials such as scorecards and tee gifts/ others.

• Serve as the main point of contact for players, sponsors, and all guests.

• Monitor event flow and coordinate with Golf Ops/ F&B/ Engineering & Hotel if needed.

• Address any issues that arise, such as weather delays, rule disputes, or logistical concerns/ other(s)

• Food & Beverage functions set up, menu/ delivery

3. Staff Supervision & Guest Relations:

• Manage and train event staff, volunteers, other(s)

• Ensure high levels of customer service for participants, sponsors, and spectators.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly & professionally.

4. Post-Event Duties:

• Oversee event breakdown and ensure all equipment is returned and the venue is clean.

• Collect and compile event results, prepare winner presentations, and distribute prizes.

• Gather feedback from players and stakeholders to improve future events.

• Assist in preparing post-event reports and financial summaries.

• Ensure GSS is completed and all feedback is documented in the post event report.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.

- Proficiency in English
