General Scope

Searching and expanding relationships to increase opportunities to organize events and develop the company's business

Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Relations

Search and approach new customers (B2B & B2C), maintain relationships with existing customers.

Track and manage lead lists, ensuring regular communication.

Coordinate with Manager to develop appropriate pricing and incentive policies.

Sales Deployment & Sales Target Achievement

Propose and implement sales programs to drive revenue.

Ensure to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Collaborate with operations team to optimize customer experience.

Event & Networking

Organize or participate in networking events, seminars, and tastings to increase brand awareness.

Coordinate with Manager to develop sponsorship plans and cooperate with external units.

Marketing Responsibilities

Branding & Social Media Management

Manage content and posting schedule on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, Gapo, Tiktok...)

Join community groups to promote your brand and products.

Ensure the project is implemented on schedule and within the approved budget

Campaign Planning & Implementation

Plan, implement and monitor the effectiveness of online & offline marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with Department Head and Operations to organize promotions and activation.

Cooperation and Public Relations

Build relationships with KOLs, press, and media partners to increase brand coverage.

Coordinate with Manager to propose strategic cooperation programs.

Reporting & Collaboration with Manager

Weekly/monthly progress reports on business and marketing situation.

Propose and adjust strategic plans based on feedback from Manager.

Coordinate with Manager in making decisions about pricing, incentive programs, and major marketing campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good command in English

F&B Sales Management, Marketing, Event Management, Customer Relations experience

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.

Experience in market development, closing B2B & B2C deals.
