Essential duties and responsibilities – (Key activities)

Administration

• Controls and monitors all administrative, financial and sales operations.

• Prepares monthly reports on all management aspects, to include statistical analysis of participation and use of facilities, market appraisal and evaluation.

• Attends meetings and briefings as required by the Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms and Hotel Management.

Customer Service

• Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.

• Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Financial

• Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

• Prepares budget forecasts and marketing plans in conjunction with the EAM-Rooms.

• Monitors all costs and recommends/institutes measures to control them in accordance with the annual budget.

• Ensures that the Department's operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.

3. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in spa management within hotels, resorts, or luxury spa chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness products, and beauty care.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
