Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for recruiting employees and casual workers according to the request of departments.
Develop plans for internal activities and be responsible for event implementation.
Plan and organize training classes according to the standards of the Hotel Group and the current applicable State regulations.
Support HR Manager to develop and supervise company-wide regulations, processes, and HR policies, ensuring their full implementation across all departments.
Be in charge of implementing documents related to foreign workers of the Hotel.
Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by Human Resources Manager or General Manager of the Hotel.

Good knowledge of labor law; salary, compensation & benefits; profession and recruitment process.
At least 1 year in HR Supervisor position in a 4/5 stars Hotel.
Ensure and improve Human Resources policies, regulations, procedures, all forms related to HR service provided to meet the needs of Hotel's business & the law.
Skills in planning, organizing, and arranging work.
Highly responsible and reliable.
