- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure customers’ needs are met throughout their dining experience, providing excellent service.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a positive and helpful manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and setting up new ones.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, following company procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
* At least 2 years Working Experienced at the Hotel Restaurant, Bar Dining
* Can speak English
* Honest/ Smiling/ High Responsibilities/ Good Service Mind
* Friendly talking skills with the customer
* Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus.
* Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
* Ability to multitask and stay organized.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
