Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in all activities concerning recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and administration;
- Gather and monitor attendance record of all employees;
- Liaise with insurance company regarding administrations and compensation;
- Manage all leaves of employees and conduct reimbursements related to sick leave, maternity leave, etc…when occur;
- Identify and recruit prospective candidates when using a variety of channels, in order to meet all personnel requests from the departments;
- Advertise job vacancies, assess applications pre-screen of applicants;
- Make appointments with department heads and candidates for interviews;
- Assist all employee activities/ events.
- Purchase the stationery for HR office and others in back office as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law;
- 02-year working experience at the same position in hospitality industry;
- Good knowledge of labor law and its practices;
- Good communication both in written and verbal;
- Familiar with MS Office, HRIS.
