Assistant Human Relations Manager

• Job Description

1. Handle payroll, time attendance checking every month.
2. Conduct monthly Social Insurance, health Insurance for the company
3. Supervise pre-employment arrangements for committed candidates (e.g., uniform fitting, terms clarification, medical check-up).
4. Conduct exit interview for supervisory and general staff.
5. Administer staff movement such as for confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation and termination of non-resignation and termination of non-management staff. Maintain proper record of all staff movements.
6. Prepare monthly, weekly staff turnover report, vacancy report and recruitment status report.
7. Handle staff’s absenteeism, sick leave and annual leave entitlements.
8. Organize sports, recreational, religion & moral, activities.
9. Inspect staff lockers on regular basis.
10. Administer bi-annual stool test and dental check-up for staff.
11. Answer staff enquiries on staff welfare and house rules.
12. Handle staff grievances.
13. Follow up on all work accident cases
14. Follow communication lines and report lines.
15. Maintain Hotel standards of service quality and performance standards
16. Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues
17. Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD
- General:

• Maintain a proper system for keeping application forms/letters for rank and file positions.
• Supervise pre-employment arrangements for committed candidates (e.g. uniform fitting, terms clarification, medical check-up).
• Conduct exit interviews for supervisory and general staff.
• Organize sports, recreational, religion & moral, activities.
• Manage and check on staff canteen to maintain proper quality and hygiene on-duty meals.
• Inspect staff lockers on regular basis.
• Answer staff inquiries on staff welfare and house rules.
• Follow up all activities of employee
• Any additional tasks requested by HOD

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality field
• Preferably prior knowledge of Cadena system
• Good experience with Employment Relations, Training, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resources Management
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, public speaking
• Task management, and great attention to detail
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Dynamic, friendly and can work under pressure
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Exel,...)
• Diploma in Human Resources, Training
