JOD DESCRIPTIONS:

• Advise on the selection of recruitment channels and packages suitable for each position and the company's budget.
• Create job descriptions for new positions (if not available).
• Coordinate with department heads regarding recruitment requirements of departments.
• Manage the company's recruitment accounts on paid and free channels.
• Post jobs on suitable websites and Facebook groups, and respond to candidates on the company's Facebook page or via email.
• Screen resumes and CVs received, and send them to the recruiting department.
• Send interview invitations to selected candidates, and contact candidates to ensure they arrive for the interview on time.
• Develop candidate tests for skills and attitudes (excluding professional skills).
• Coordinate with department heads to evaluate candidate test results.
• Prepare probation offer letters for selected candidates with the start date and probation period agreed upon with the department head. Receive candidate feedback and notify the department head to prepare for candidate onboarding.
• Coordinate with the department head to evaluate candidates after the probation period to decide whether to continue recruitment or terminate recruitment.
• Prepare probation contracts and labor contracts for candidates.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSITION

1. Qualifications and Experience

• Graduated from College/University with a major in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience working in the Recruitment Officer field in a 4-5 star hotel environment.
• Priority given to candidates with recruitment experience in the software and graphic design fields.
• Good English communication skills.

2. Skills

• Time management and effective work organization skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software is an advantage.
