GENERAL MANAGER

• Hotel Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and maintain high service standards.

• Service Quality & Customer Experience: Establish and improve service standards, handle complaints, and manage unexpected situations effectively.

• Financial Management & Budgeting: Control costs, monitor revenue, and provide periodic financial reports to investors.

• Team Development & HR Management: Recruit, train, and build a professional work environment while ensuring employee benefits.

• Internal & External Relations: Welcome VIP guests, collaborate with business partners, and promote the hotel’s brand in the market.

• Business & Operational Reporting: Provide regular reports on business performance and hotel operations to investors.
