Mô tả công việc

Manage daily operations of the boutique, including purchasing, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups; report to the supervisor.
Familiarize with room amenities, rate structure, and resort facilities
Accept shift handovers and document guest feedback.
Prepare daily and monthly sales summaries and follow the standard operating manual.
Reorder items in the boutique and focus on achieving business targets and guest satisfaction standards.

High school diploma or above
Good command of spoken and written English
Good computer skills
Initiative, courteous, hard-working and attentive to details.
Experience in similar position is an advantage.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts of the organization.
