The Bell Captain is responsible for managing the Bellman team, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service from arrival to departure. As a key member of the Front Office team, the Bell Captain will oversee luggage handling, manage guest requests, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, and assist guests with any transportation or special requirements they may have. The Bell Captain is expected to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while ensuring the Bellman team performs their duties efficiently and professionally.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the Bellman team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and guests are provided with exceptional service.
- Guest Assistance: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, assist with luggage handling, and ensure a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.
- Communication: Coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met and requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Transportation Management: Organize and manage guest transportation requests, including arranging taxis, private cars, and other transportation options as required.
- Customer Service: Address any guest concerns or requests with a positive attitude, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Team Training: Train, motivate, and develop Bellman team members to ensure they meet and exceed service standards.
- Luggage Handling: Ensure safe and prompt delivery of guest luggage to their rooms, as well as assistance with luggage at check-in, check-out, and transportation.
- Maintain Hotel Environment: Ensure the hotel entrance and lobby areas are organized, clean, and guest-ready at all times.
- Report & Record: Maintain accurate logs and records of guest requests, luggage, and transportation arrangements for smooth operations and handovers between shifts.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that luggage and guest belongings are handled with care, and maintain hotel security and safety protocols.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are an advantage.
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to lift luggage as needed.
Yêu cầu hồ sơ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Further education or certifications in hospitality or tourism can be an advantage, but it's not a strict requirement for this role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bellman or supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Experience in handling luggage, managing teams, and guest relations is essential.
