Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract inbound, outbound, domestic travelers
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Create and manage engaging content across different channels, including website, blog, and social media.
- Identify potential markets, analyze consumer behavior, and implement data-driven marketing solutions.
- Build and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and media outlets.
- Plan and oversee promotional events, travel fairs, and trade shows to expand business reach.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytical tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across various channels.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and competitors’ activities to enhance marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned by senior management.Other tasks as required by direct management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in a relevant role with strong understanding of marketing principles and emerging trends.
- Have good knowledge and proficient usage of Marketing, SNS & Social Management tools.
- Excellent writing skill, attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication in Vietnamese & English.
