To influence book behavior in the hotel through creating & developing solid e-commerce practices in support of the hotel to create system distribution including but not limited to channel shifting, increased e-visibility & positioning, etc. Additionally, maintain a comprehensive understanding & knowledge of market & competitor activities & behavior.
1. Establish and maintain active relationships with partners and have regular communication to ensure maximum visibility and production.
2. Through training, ensure process & programs & functionality is understood within the hotel.
3. Ensure checklist is actioned on a monthly basis
4. Utilize & communicate regularly results from the Internet at reporting
5. Assist all development & implementation of internet marketing promotions to ensure functionality in support of strategy & initiatives
6. Maintain and increase visibility through Search Engine Optimization online reservation functionality & newsletters
7. Ensure web content/information and photos is set up using all possible practice (in cooperation with Marcom team)
8. In conjunction with the Revenue Manager, monitor and update all channel databases to ensure the correct representation of hotels
9. Assist in formulating expenditure requirements for all e-commerce activity for the purpose of budget submissions
10. Participate in a revenue meeting.
11. Develop an understanding of regional market trends for both online and offline channels to proactively recommend an action plan for respective segments.
12. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local & regional market and industry behaviors including its influencers ie, economic, political, environmental…etc
13. Attend the weekly Revmax meeting and generate reports and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends, analyze market and competitors’ status/activities etc….

Yêu cầu công việc
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience managing to brand standards
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
- General knowledge of contract laws
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
