Mô tả công việc

Conduct Spa Training: Train and mentor spa therapists on techniques, guest service standards, and product knowledge to ensure high service standards are met.
Develop Training Materials: Create and update training manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other training materials to support the spa team.
Monitor Performance: Regularly assess spa therapists’ skills and provide feedback to enhance their performance and professional growth.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all therapists comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as local regulations.
Promote Spa Services: Encourage therapists to recommend services and products, enhancing sales through up-selling.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and wellness techniques, and incorporate them into training programs.
Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the Spa Manager and other departments to ensure the team is aligned with the resort’s standards and goals.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, therapies, and wellness trends. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Customer Service: Passion for delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
Training Ability: Proven ability to train and mentor spa staff, with a focus on skill development and performance improvement.
Language: Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Physical Stamina: Ability to demonstrate treatments and provide hands-on training for extended periods.
Compliance: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and spa protocols.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. Additional qualifications in wellness or training are a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or training role in a luxury spa environment.
