Mô tả công việc

  • Provide high-quality service to guests in various F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Take orders for food and beverages, and provide menu recommendations, answering any questions guests may have.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient service, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment according to the required standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas, including tables, utensils, and service stations, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Promote additional sales through up-selling techniques, suggesting additional items to guests.
  • Work as a team with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
  • Comply with all local and company regulations, including food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations.
  • Report any guest concerns or issues to supervisors or management to ensure quick resolution.
  • Assist with closing duties, including clearing and resetting tables and ensuring the restaurant is prepared for the next shift.
  • Ensure compliance with IHG service standards and contribute to achieving hotel objectives and guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experience: Passion for high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Communication: Good English skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on cleanliness and quality service.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of local food safety and alcohol regulations.

Yêu cầu hồ sơ

  • Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
