Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a hospitality management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Russian or Korean language is a plus
- Experience with guest loyalty programs
- Expertise in guest's satisfaction, problem-solving
- Strong problem-solving stress management skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor and appearance
