- Provide guests with hotel information, available services, and local recommendations.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

- Manage room reservations, availability, and upgrades when possible.

- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and foreign currency exchange.

- Maintain accurate guest records and registration details.

- Ensure all front desk operations comply with hotel policies and procedures.

- Cooperate with other departments to enhance guest experience and resolve any issues.

- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area at all times.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager.

- Professional, friendly, and supportive working environment.

- Working hours: 48 hours per week.
