Assistant Ecommerce Manager

• Channel Management: Oversee and manage the hotel’s listings on OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, and others, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Rate Management: Monitor and adjust room rates and availability on OTAs to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Content Optimization: Create and update engaging content, including descriptions, images, and special offers, to enhance the hotel's online presence.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze booking data and performance metrics from OTAs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA partners to negotiate favorable terms and promotions.
• Promotional Campaigns: Develop and implement promotional campaigns on OTAs to drive bookings during low-demand periods.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to align strategies and optimize online distribution.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on OTA performance, bookings, and revenue, providing insights for decision-making.

• Degree of Hospitality Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
• Understanding of PMS, Microsoft Office
• Communication, negotiation, upselling, guest relation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in channel management systems and OTA platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
