2. Ensure the annual rate structure be set up on PMS and be submitted on Sales Force in accuracy
3. Process the connectivity integration between the 3rd party online channels/contracted online tour operators and property’s chanel manager system
4. Upload the properties’ contents including general information, room figuration, photos…on the 3rd party online platforms. Ensure the high content score and ranking in top searching.
5. Co-ordinate with LMM regarding extranet issues and rate, availability issues.
6. Complete the assigned tasks from Global Distribution and Sales Support Team.
7. Be responsible on Property Content Audit and Rates Loading Audit on SynXis CR for South Vietnam Properties.
8. As a Cross sales Champion, be responsible for preparing the Cross Sales Addendum and all the matter related to Cross Sales.
9. Manage the users’ access on the property’ channel manager
10. Control the rate parity to maintain the qualified DHS score for each respective property.
11. Regularly check displayed rates and contents on the online platforms to ensure a competitive position and maximize revenue production.
12. Execute POP process
13. Prepare Daily Pick Up and RFP reports.
14. Co-ordinate closely with DSS/SMT team of each respective property in the in-charge area and other region to propose necessary assistance if necessary .
15. Attend & assist in trainings specialized for DSS/SMT if requested
16. Perform any and all other assignments as directed by the Management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- At least 1+ years of experience working on a similar position.
- Preferable experience working in 4-5 Hotel/Resort
- Good communication
- Management and organization skill
- Strong guest and team member relations skills.
- Problem solving skill
- Attention to detail
