• Troubleshoot booking’ s issues, resolve problems, and escalate when necessary to maintain workflow.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Manage outstanding amounts and invoice payments.
• Making payment request for Vietnam hotel daily.
• Stop-selling and double check stop-sell.
• Mapping checking from hotel and supplier.
• Manage and control DMC bookings.
• Control manual allotment on partner’s system.
• Handle failure bookings with related departments.

Yêu cầu công việc
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications or training is a plus).
• Previous experience in an operator or hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in English.
