Mô tả công việc
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and gathering insights from customers and non-customers.
- Driving solution development across teams by aligning market requirements, product contracts, and positioning strategies.
- Demonstrating high-level critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for both new and existing products.
- Analyzing potential partnerships and collaborations that could benefit product development.
- Coordinating and building strong working relationships with internal teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
- Leading the development, approval, training, and communication of new products and product changes, ensuring all internal teams are aware of customer, operational, system, and process impacts.
- Developing and conducting specialized training programs for newly launched products, enhancing awareness and application of relevant knowledge.
- Monitoring internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness before and after product launches or changes.
- Providing support for other departmental projects as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Developer in Travel companies.
