Chef De Partie - Pastry (Tổ trưởng bếp bánh)

POSITION STATEMENT

To uphold Hilton Saigon’s standards and to be responsive to the instructions of the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef. The role of the Chef de Partie will be to accommodate the dining requests and needs of all guests. The Chef de Partie will be required to prepare and serve all menu items to the quality and standard of the Hotel standard recipe cards/menus.

Duy trì các tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn Hilton Sài Gòn và tuân thủ các hướng dẫn của Bếp trưởng điều hành/ Bếp phó điều hành,và Trưởng Bếp Bánh . Ca trưởng bếp chịu trách nhiệm phục vụ món ăn theo yêu cầu và nhu cầu của khách hàng. Ca trưởng bếp được yêu cầu chuẩn bị và phục vụ tất cả các món trong thực đơn theo chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn của thực đơn, công thức chuẩn của khách sạn.

CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A Chef de Partie will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Trưởng ca bếp sẽ thực hiện các nhiệm vụ sau với tiêu chuẩn cao nhất:

• Conduct your duty in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. /Thực hiện nhiệm vụ của mình một cách lịch sự, an toàn và hiệu quả theo các chính sách và quy trình của Khách sạn, đảm bảo việc cung cấp các dịch vụ duy trì ở mức độ cao
• Train and the develop Team Members/Đào tạo và phát triển nhân viên
• Cooks and maintain the quality, consistency and presentation of all food that is prepared and served from the Hotel kitchen operation as per the set standard recipes/Nấu và duy trì chất lượng, sự đồng bộ và trình bày tất cả món ăn được chuẩn bị và phục vụ từ bộ phận bếp của khách sạn theo công thức chuẩn đã quy định
• Supervising the performance of the kitchen associates and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices/Giám sát hiệu quả công việc của nhân viên và có biện pháp thích hợp để điều chỉnh tình trạng làm việc, cách cư xử và cách thực hiện công việc chưa tốt.
• Completes any other reasonable duties and services as assigned by the Pastry Chef/Hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ và công việc phù hợp khác do Trưởng Bếp Bánh phân công.

• Have required Certificates for the position as per Vietnam’s law/Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ liên quan đến vị trí theo quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam.
• Prefer candidate with experience in a similar position at international 5 star property/ Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự ở khách sạn 5 sao quốc tế
• Advanced Cooking in Pastry Skills, Portion Control & Stock Control/ Kĩ năng chuẩn  bị bánh, kiểm soát khối lượng suất ăn và kiểm soát hàng hóa thực phẩm trong kho.
