Mô tả công việc

Oversee the efficient operation of hotel outlets during shift;
Supervise, train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and customer service;
Monitor the quality of food and beverages and ensure they meet the hotel standards;
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally;
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 01 year at same position, or 03 years in F&B department in 4* hotel;
Good customer service and communication skill;
Good English both oral and written;
