1.5 Restaurant Team Leader - Quản lý Chi Nhánh - Trưởng Nhóm Phục vụ Nhà hàng (làm việc tại Dubai)

Job Summary

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing daily operations at one of our branches, ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will oversee the branch team, ensuring adherence to company policies, achieving business goals, and delivering an exceptional dining experience. This position will involve close collaboration with the Area Manager and other departments to achieve operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Management:

o Oversee the daily operations of the assigned branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

o Ensure that all staff members are trained, motivated, and provide excellent customer service.

o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Staff Leadership and Development:

o Lead and supervise the team, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff, providing guidance and support.

o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate operational goals, service standards, and expectations.

o Perform staff scheduling, monitor attendance, and ensure proper staffing levels for peak hours.

o Provide ongoing training and development to staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively.

• Customer Service and Satisfaction:

o Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

o Monitor and maintain high standards of service, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.

• Inventory and Stock Control:

o Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

o Work closely with the Area Manager to ensure that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.

o Report on branch performance to the Area Manager, including sales figures, team performance, and any challenges or opportunities for improvement.

• Financial Management:

o Ensure cost control measures are adhered to, including monitoring food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.

o Help to manage and meet the branch's financial targets, including budgeting and resource allocation.

• Health, Safety, and Compliance:

o Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and customers.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, including food safety and workplace standards.

Chúng tôi phỏng vấn tuyển dụng trực tiếp tại Vietnam/ Dubai, ứng viên không mất bất kì khoản chi phí môi giới tuyển dụng nào.

+ Thu nhập tương đương 31 TR VND/ tháng và TIPs, nhận lương hàng tháng;

+ Ngày 10 tiếng, tuần làm việc 6 ngày, 1 năm nghỉ 21 ngày phép.

+ Hợp đồng 2 năm, có gia hạn.

+ Làm đủ 2 năm được tài trợ vé khứ hồi về Việt Nam;

+ Bao vé máy bay, visa lao động 2 năm, bảo hiểm tại Dubai, hỗ trợ bữa ăn trong giờ làm việc.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Under 35 year old.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve operational excellence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
