GUEST RELATION OFFICER (FEMALE ONLY)

1. Replying all questions/reviews from social media/ tripadvisor/ google

2. Engagement with guests and try to close the deal

3. Promote hotel services

4. Dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special request and any other issues.

5. Meet & greet guest upon arrival / check out to encourage them leaving good review on online platform.

6. Be visible at hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly during busy time to assist

7. Anticipate guests need & request

8. Offer current knowledge on all hotel products, services, policy and emergency procedures

9. Assist reception team in other tasks when necessary

10. Other tasks assigned by Hotel Manager

11. Report to Hotel Manager.

This position responsibility will cover all 3 hotels: Hammock Fine Arts, Hammock Ben Thanh, Hammock Global city

Working time: 09:00 – 17:00, off 4-5 days / months (weekdays)

Fluent English, Chinese/Korean is a plus

Relevant experience 2 years strong engagement with customers

Good grooming and appearance
